Not sure if you have to deal with the faltworms already but here are two links showing how they and their eggs look like:

Thank you for the additional details. I can not see anything unusual with the ICP test result except the elevated Ba and Mn levels which I would expect do not cause any issues.
As TN always starts at the base I was thinking about tissue eating turbellaria as you have also described that...

A wrong spectrum in combination with nutrients can also be the cause of the increase of algae growth but I can not really help you with the LED setting. Make sure not to have to much red in the spectrum. To get rid of them manual removing in combination with herbivore should fix those issues. You can...

Glad to hear corals are doing better again. This kind of algae does also grow in a nutrient poor environment however slower than usual so the only way to get rid of them completely over the time is removing them manually regular and herbivore. You will need some patience as it might take some time....

Can you please share the complete last ICP report ?
As you use additional "components" to reduce PO4, where there any quick changes of PO4 while adding fresh absorber or lanthan ?
I still do not understand why you loose corals, can you please describe the process...

Can you please cross check, is your PO4 level 0.8 mg at the moment like mention in your last post ? That would be a really quick increase in a short time as it was 0.0 mg before.

I agree with Jacky, please try to take another picture with natural day light. Does the film grow back if you vacuum the affected sand areas ? Please also post your full dosing regimen of everything you use in your system and the actual PO4 and NO3 levels.
How do you prepare your RO water,...
