question about shipping corals

hi eric,

on your "order info" section, it mentions a $10 fee for heat packs, ice packs, etc... below that, it says you will waive the charge if we can pick it up. is the $10 the actual shipping cost, or does the shipping cost have to be calculated later.

First of all, sorry for the late response. I did not see this until now. The shipping costs will be calculated when you order and in the checkout section it will show you actual shipping costs before you decide to finalize or cancel your order. Shipping is usually around 10-15% less than calculated since I use Fed Ex. With the Yahoo shopping cart I can only use UPS to calculate costs. But it is still accurate. Hope this helps. Thanks, Eric
