Cyano Clean 50ml gone bad

Hi, I recently bought a 50ML of cyano clean and the bottle smells really bad. The bottle is sealed and I smell a rotten scent.

I always buy 10Mls and they dont smell.

I havent opened it yet but before I do I want to know if its normal? I can return it sealed if its not normal.

I can't give you an answer for sure, basically in all Zeo products I buy personally, the chance of spoilage/breakage is 0, I've never encountered one, maybe I'm lucky. Maybe it's just an example, sorry to hear that, if it were me, I'd return it, or replace it with a new 50ml product

So what youre saying is that Cyano clean is not supposed to smell like this?

Basically, the product should not have a strong bad smell, do you agree, as you describe: a putrid smell. I can't give you a definite product if it's still ok. It's just that if you're concerned, it's a good idea to drop it or replace it.

I have just contacted the manufacturer, the "rotten eggs" smell is not a sign that the product has gone bad, you can continue to use it. The smell can differ from bottle to bottle or over the time.
