  • My zeovit tank 🇮🇩🇮🇩

    Hello everyone. I am Teguh from Indonesia. I am very pleased about how this forum member guides me about using zeovit product correctly.

    So I started to fully use zeovit product in my tank about 1 year. I have 2 tanks that using zeovit system since beginning.

    First is my shallow tank ( 10 months old )

    System:

    Tank: 120 x 50 x 35 cm
    Sump: 80 x 45 x 40 cm

    Equipment:

    Lights: Aquatic Life 4x54 watt + 2x AI Hydra HD32
    T5 Bulbs : ATI Coral Plus x2, ATI Blue Plus x2
    Flow: 2x Skimz SS9.0 + 1x Tunze 6015
    Return Pump: Jebao DCP 6000
    Skimmer: Reef Octopus Classic Space Saving 150
    Zeovit Reactor: Skimz ZAR 127
    Chiller : Hailea HS 66A
    Doser: Alkatronic ( KH Controller ) + Jebao Wifi Doser 4channel

    Parameters :

    Salinity : 1.026
    Kh : 6.8 - 7.2
    Ca : 400 - 450
    Mg : 1300
    Phospate : 0.01 - 0.03
    Nitrate : 10
    Weekly waterchange 10Gallons with Redsea Salt ( Because KZ Reef salt is not available in my country )

    Livestock ( Fishes ) :

    6x Chromis Xanthura
    2x Amphyprion Percula
    1x Zebra Dartfish
    1x flame hawkfish aka Neocirrhitus Armatus
    1x Pseudolabrus Eoethinus
    1x Paracanthurus Hepatus
    1x Zebrasoma Veliferum

    Now it is my second tank ( 8 months old )

    System:

    Tank: 100 x 70 x 50 cm
    Sump: 55 x 57 x 40 cm

    Equipment:

    Lights: Aquatic Life 4x39 watt + 1x Ecotech Radion XR30 G4 + 2x Illumagic Blaze Mini
    T5 Bulbs : KZ New Generation x2, KZ Fiji Purple x1, KZ Super Blue x1
    Flow: 2x Glamorca Gyre GP03 + 2x Jebao SOW 9
    Return Pump: Mantis 10k LPH
    Skimmer: Maxspect Aeraqua Duo
    Zeovit Reactor: DIY reactor with Eheim pump
    Chiller : Hailea HS 66A
    Doser: Apex DOS + Jebao Wifi Doser 4 channel
    Controller : Apex EL + Trident

    Parameters

    Salinity : 1.026
    Kh : 6.8 - 7.2
    Ca : 400 - 450
    Mg : 1300
    Phospate : 0.01 - 0.03
    Nitrate : 5
    Weekly waterchange 10Gallons with Redsea Salt ( Because KZ Reef salt is not available in my country )

    8x Chromis Xanthura
    2x Chromis Viridis
    1x Odontanthias Borbonius
    1x Pseudocheilinus Hexataenia
    2x Nemmateleotris Decora
    1x Genicanthus bellus Female
    1x Genicanthus bellus Male
    1x Acanthurus Pyroferus
    2x Pseudanthias Bimaculatus

        Hello Teguh, thank you sharing your two beautiful reef with us, both are beautiful. It would be great if you would additional share your dosing regimen and water parameters and everything else which is relevant.

          Kh : 6.8 - 7.2
          Ca : 400 - 450
          Mg : 1300
          Phospate : 0.01 - 0.03
          Nitrate : 10
          Amount of fishes and inverts : 20
          Weekly waterchange 10Gallons with Redsea Salt

          My second tank water parameters :

          Salinity : 1.026
          Kh : 6.8 - 7.2
          Ca : 400 - 450
          Mg : 1300
          Phospate : 0.01 - 0.03
          Nitrate : 5
          Amount of fishes and inverts : 15
          Weekly waterchange 10Gallons with Redsea Salt

          and here is what I dose to both tank :

                In the morning feed the fish with NLS mix with ON Formula One Pellets, I also add Selcon to my pellets for extra nutrition. In the afternoon I feed the fish with NYOS Artemis + NYOS Goldpods

                          Thanks. Almost all KZ products that I use have a positive effect in my tank, but if you ask my favourite product I will pick Pohl Xtra, Coral Snow and Flatwormstop

                              Thank you. I have many Kz products but not extra.

                              what would you say is the impact extra has on your tank?

                              i will be adding in another Kz product in the next 2 weeks so may consider trying xtra instead of vitalizer or aminos.
