Yeah man, and thats a shame! When I hear about that stupid stuff I wanna punch the moron in the mouth! Like when you get burned with a mcdonalds coffee and sue for millions...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Its all the judicial systems fault for letting that foolishness rise...what happened to common sense and sanity?

Those Japanese guys are crazy! Your right though Jorsan and Bogg, no one in the us (or Canada *cough* Will *cough* =)) will TOUCH a frame less tank. I tried to get my new 300 frame less, but their fear grew on me and I couldn't help but to think of 300g of water in my house and dead fish and coral =(.

I have a good friend in japan, I am going to see how they do it and see if I can get some pics.

but the risk must be very low if not, nobody in other countries take the chance of flooding their houses. Will be great if an ingenier could give us their imput about the phisics involved in the bracelss design. Maybe some of us knows someone who could give us a real and consistent answer to this.

What really amazes me is that all this japanese (and some european) tanks does not have braces. we use to build our tanks here in the US with those ugly braces; is there any way to aboid this? are those tanks safe in the long run? why nobody builds tanks like those here?
