Another newbie to the forums

[1500gallontony]

Hi all.

My tank has been setup now for about 3months.
the dimensions are a bit weird being a 5 sided tank, but basically it's just under 200gallons with the sump.

the tanks back is 5', the widest side is 3', and the tank is 2' deep.
parameters are all excellent with,
dkh 9.2,
po4 0.0
nitrate 0
nitrite 0
mag 1380
calcium 446

Deltec AP850/851 skimmer.
aquamedic 1003 calcium reactor.
2x14k coralvue SE bulbs in lumenarc 3 reflectors on for 9hrs per day.
2xT5 actinics on 1hr before and 1hr after the main halides.
1x tunze stream 6200 and 1x6100.
oceanrunner 6500 return pump.

Welcome Tony! What a difference it makes with the Aquascape. It looks like its bigger than 200g's!

In the comin months i will be setting up a huge system in my garage, thats where i get 1500 gallons from.
it may be more, but thats what i get at the moment.

there is about 70kgs of rock in there. i have tried to make it as spacious as possible.

ok.. so the project hasn't started BIG time yet..
but i have started with the collection of nice pieces of coral(frags/colonies)...
if anyone wishes to send me a couple that they are getting over grown with i'll be more than happy.
