    here are some newer pics. I picked up some brownouts from phishybusiness last night. and recieved some lps corals lemme know what you think. Its finally looking promising.











    lemme know if you like the arch from the 2 islands better or worse

        Awesome pics ... thanks for posting them! I like the arch better, but it's a tough choice. Both geometries are excellent ... IMO.

          I like both styles, but think you'll be happier with the arch, more rock to stick corals on
          400 gallon reef, Bubble King 300, I~Spin, 2 x 10,000K BLV 400W, 2 x 20,000K Radium 400W, 2 x 6,400K Osram 400W, Schuran Jetstream 1, AquaController Pro

                eww nasty nasty sand. Take out that nasty sand!!!
                Proud owner of an Elegance Coral "that lived". (It is thriving whith long tentacle tips...purchased in January 2005.) It has white tentacle tips, I beleive this has something to do with ones that will typically live due to the collection site.

                  Keep the sand. It gives your tank a sense of realism. BB is not for everyone, that's for sure.

                  If you take good care of your tank, you shouldn't have a problem regardless of sand or no sand.

                  Some of best looking tanks in the industry are sitting on DSBs over 10yrs old.

                  Nice tank Kevin, definitely coming along nicely.
