  • My Fairy Wrasses! (dialup beware)

Hey guys well as promised per the request of some of you, i took some pics of my fairy wrasses today, i will post mutiple pics of each wrasse,

first up is my labouti fairy wrasse (cirrhilabrus laboutei)

this fish was added yesterday evening and when the lights came on this morning he was the first fish out swimming around. This is my favorite fish at the moment.

these pics show his true color, you can see the hint of green at the tips of his fins,

ok now my lubbocks fairy wrasse (cirrhilabrus lubbocki)

the smallest of the 4 in the tank, but he doesnt take crap from any of the bigger wrasses. this guy swims in and out of the rocks very i mean very fast eating pods.

this guy was very hard to get a good pick of, but i tried!

ok now my lineatus fairy wrasse (cirrhilabrus lineatus)

the biggest of the 4 in the tank! this guy is always swimming out the in open picking at the rocks!

The one wrasse that IMO is the most beautiful stunning wrasse is this Rhomboid fairy wrasse that i got yesterday too. I cant get a pick at the moment because he juts hides under an overhang staring at me, haha, but i will try and get a pick soon! he is SO beautiful!

I would like to add that all my fairy wrasses have eaten the next day they were introduced and pick at the rocks all day! They eat anything i put in the tank from mysis, formula 1 and 2, blood worms, cyclopeeze (their favorite) and my homemade food!

in the next day or 2 i will try and get a pick of the Rhomboid!

    hope you enjoy!

any questions feel free to ask!

    Nick

P.S. these are the wrasses true colors and there was no photoshop involved!

Also if the mods would like to use the pics for the fishes forum please go ahead, i can also email them to you just PM me!

no, just didnt have time today, had to do some replumbing, maybe tomorrow before my weekly water change.

today just seemed like the fish were saying, take a photo take a photo.

except that stupid Rhomboid, whenever it woudl come out i would run at get the camera and then back to that same overhang it went!

        oh well maybe next time.
