    I love this coral.

    I think this requires more than low current though. AFAIK this coral requires strong currents.

        I have had a colony for about 1.5 years with hardly any growth, is this typically a slow grower? My other sps show much faster growth rates.

          Mine is growing at a steady rate, it's definitely not as fast as a monti cap but I wouldn't call this a slow grower.

            Mine didn't do much for the first year or so, then it exploded with growth. I think it is finding the right place flow/light.
            265 gallon SPS tank. Bubble King 300 Internal, MRC CR-6 Calc Reactor. 3 400 watt 20k Helios. 90 gallon Frag tank plumbed into main display.

                  Mines quite big so I dont actually notice if it grows but it is really fussy about its polyp extension and Iv only got it to extend in a relatively high flow area with indirect light
