Nitrogen and phosphorus

Hi.
I was thinking of adding nitrogen and phosphorus supplements to my sps tank. I want to increase my Po4 and No3 levels above 0,
I want to achieve stronger coloration, and I've noticed that all around hobbyist are trying to elevate their nutrients level.
does this make sense?

I would personally not do as dosing them can cause trouble. If you like to increase nutrients I would recommend to add a couple of additional fish, adjusting the skimmer to skim more dry can also be helpful.

Basically even if PO4 and NO3 is undetectable corals growth and coloration can be excellent.
