    Welcome to ZeoVit.com !

This has not directly to do with ZeoVit, lower K+ concentrations can take place in all kind of systems. A couple of years ago many salt mixes have had low K+ concentrations but this has changed over the time, also overskimming does remove K+ from my experience.

The situation is more worse in a nutrient poor systems as corals do react more sensitive to lower concentrations. It is recommended to keep the level around 380 mg, 10 or 20 mg plus or minus does usually not cause issues. First corals which respond to low concentrations are palting montipora corals and hystrix corals from my experience. They start to get light and later they loose tissue partial, same with all other SPS corals but those are most sensitive.
