    Size: 1ft Max
    Degree of difficulty: Medium to Advanced depending on size
    Reef Safe: Yes

        Thinking again

        Maybe a shot of the shells from the side will help some people (like me ) identify which clam/s they have. Just a thought. Very nice by the way.

              It was sold to me as a maxima.. Might be a crocea though... I will take a pic of the shell for reference in the next day or so..

                          can u keep clams w/ a BB tank ?
                          Nick, some clams yes, some no. It really depends on the species and also the size of the clam. The smaller ones have their foot attached (most times) while the larger clams don't. Also, there are clams that bore into rock, others need a sandy substrate, just attach to whatever surface they are on, etc.
                          Fish eat poop....tastes just like chicken.

                              Here is a picture you won't see often. The fish is a holocanthus tricolor I have this fish for 4 years now and this is the first and last time it picked on the clam .

                              I could free the fish by taking out the clam both the fish and the clam are oke now.
