Hi Bob,he is a food specialist.
He had only eating from the live rock.(with me)Algae!!!
But when enought existing, then is it no problem.
Other food from me was not assumed.
            regards
            Steffen

The only thing i see him take that comes from the aquarium is the thin alge film that builds up on the rock and glas.
He takes Formula 1 and 2 pellets, Sera marine pellets, Wardley algae discs, mysis, artemia and broccoli when i feed may other animals in the tank!

And i forgot that he loves Angel Formula from Ocean Nutrition also!
He is almost chasing away my emperor from the Angel Formula chunks when i feed with it.

Norberg, yes i had heard this also from other aquarianists.
                  But it is different everywhere.
You can be so glad!!That makes it easier.

                    This is mine

I tried in different tanks to keep two of them but they fought against each other. Does anybody has experience with kepping a pair of them?

are these colorful ones the commonly known "lawnmower blenny" or are they a different species? Very cute with the eyelashes and all that.

Hi PocoLoco, As far as I know it is just a normal Salarias fasciatus or Lawnmower Blenny. This came from Indonesia or somewhere around there. I have it since about one year, it changed the colors from very light to sometimes very dark and in the last months got the nice red spots.
