To all those banned from RC

You should talk to them. It seems like many bans are only temporary. Look at o2manyfish. You may have to do the spanked puppy thing, but I hate to see you guys pemanently gone from there.

On another thread, I also suggested that we all collectively add Bomber to our ignore lists. It's hard to tangle with him when you don't know what he said.

They happy to ban me, well they own the site, over to them they have the right.

when they have sensible mods, me and others may drift back, or may not. But zeovit.com suits me fine. Going to save me time flicking between sites.

Guys, I am going to leave this thread up in the Lounge. Please take Tom Berry's advice and work things out with RC. ZEOvit.com is here to stay, and would like to to keep this forum healthy with your positive and negative experiences with reefkeeping.

As one of those banned, let me say that I agree with the idea of avoiding acrimony. Zeovit.com is a growing community, with many RC members joining recently, and if they haven't been involved in the civil war over on RC, they're likely to be "turned off" if they find post after post reliving problems from RC. I understand frustration at having your RC voice cut off, but please think about the negative consequences to zeovit.com if you post a string of complaints about it here.

The truth is that our beef is with a very, very small group at RC, and in general even the mods aren't the issue. As I've said before, the mods just want the war to stop; since I have 3 kids, I very well know the feeling. At some point, you just want the fighting to stop. "Please, for the love of God, stop touching your brother! Don't make me come back there!"

Let the healing begin!

Agreed... its only a few bad apples that ruin it... some of the mods/staff are great ppl!

log into your paypal account.

click on the HISTORY TAB.
click on the dropdown tab SHOW is next to it. Scroll down to Subscriptions. Click on it. it will show your reefcentral subscription click on it, and click cancel subscription. That will make it so they cant take money, it does it automatically if you dont cancel it.
