I need some help with creating one of these for my banner here on z.com. Unfortunately the computer is smarter than I and I just can not figure it out for the life of me using Photoshop. So if someone has any pointers that would be great, or better yet if someone would like to creat it for me that would be sweet. I would be willing to pay for it. Please let me know. Thanks!

An animated gif file is just like a movie, the movement you see is from the different frames set in motion. Each frame can be set to display for a specific time period.
Depending on what you want animated it can be easy or hard to create and have it look professional. The best way IMO is to start with a movie shot with a digital camera and use frames from that. You'll need to keep the file size reasonable since each frame will add to the overall size of the file. In other words the longer the animation sequence the bigger the file.
I use Corel and animated gifs are just one of the file types it allows you to create from scratch but I've only done it with at most 3 frames since more than that the file was to large for my purpose.
Are you trying to show movement or just set up a slide show type file?

If you can get them sized and cropped or at least cropped in proportion to what you want I can put it together for you sometime next week... maybe.
I'll be tied up with a 4-day car show starting Thursday and I drop my trailer today.
