Have you ever met a person like this?

I've got a friend who's decided that, with no salt experience he is going to build a propgation system and try to mimic my up coming cube.

I've tried to give him some advice as to what he should do first and he just ignores it. He thinks the hobby is easy and he can easily build his own cube and grow and prop SPS.

I don't know, but that kind of stuff really nags me when you try to help people and they think they know everything about it already. He's never even used a message board before or read word one about the hobby...

Just frustrating..and I needed to rant...

I enjoy this hobby a lot and I can't stand ignorant people who think this is some easy hobby that if they mess up and kill everything it's fine. I try my hardest to prevent any deaths in my tank, I try to mantain a stable reef and people who just try and play god bother me..

I really don't think he will. He wants to put his grow out tank in his unfinished attic, he doesn't even know what a close loop is or a skimmer...

Hows your cube coming along anyways Sean? I should be mad at you too for stealing my cube idea! Your doing 2 sides viewable right? I wanted to go with 3 but I'm thinking I may go with 2 instead so I can really spread out my bulkheads..
