how do we get our avatars going guys?

Yeah, I see that Edward has one, how do you do it? When I go to the avatar control panel form User CP, it only has one option "Don't Use Custom Avatar" and I can't change it....?!

It worked for me.. I just resized to 80x? and it took it. Also made sure that the size was below 16k.. make sure thats what you guys have.

Here is what I get on the User CP for the avatar option. Note that the one selection will not allow itself to be unclicked or changed in any fashion...

There is nothing that I can do...?!

Nobody can have an avatar until I figure out what mine should be....

i fixed yours todd. i had to use the admin mode to fix it. we will wait until scott can chime in so he can see why regular users cant upload an avatar.
