  • What salt are you using?

Just curious what salt everyone is using with Zeo? I have been using Oceanic with mixed thoughts about it. Please share you thoughts with what you are using.

    Thanks

I used KENT salt but its MG level was a little bit low.
so I changed to Reef Crystal Salt.

I'm not a zeo or for that matter really a coral keeper currently, but I've been using oceanpure lately and it seems fine. Was using oceanic then back to reefcrystals and now oceanpure b/c it's so darn cheap....

Using Oceanic, so far no problems. I do check each bucket for PO4 before using. Just because theres been a few bad buckets out there.

              Kent for me

i started with kent when i set-up that ank, but then the lfs that i get my salt from (half price compared to everywhere else), ran out so i went for reef crystals (£10 more then kent so dont use it), and the corals didnt like it. So now im back on to kent

Instant Ocean, I've never had any problems, I'm going to stick with it even with my new tank next year.

I used to use Oceanic and TM before that, now I use instant ocean. I'm going to stick with it because it works and I can get it for $28 per 160G .

                              Nick,

I dump two capfuls of Kent Turbo Calcium into my water change water and everthing is cool. I also have some dolomite in my calcium reactor to maintain magnesium. Other than those two things, nothing special.
