    Hammer,

    but water clarity
    par
    Light spectrum
    flow

I have brought yellow tip from Lfs (heavy blue lights) and within a few days changed to a green under my lights-

Blue light syndromes- get a bacis coral grow under heavy blues lights induce colour and double ya money😂

I agree with Nick, as long as the coral is expanded and not getting lighter I do not see any problem with it.

          Sorry to here that.

ideally a fellow (78day fellow) tank and fish in a hospital tank is best.

Are you sure it’s ich and not fluke ??

It’s not recommended to run a Uv

-but if you think it’s going to help, I would run it at night as that when ich is ment to be most active ( so they say)

Hello Mike, as Nick has mention neither UV nor O3 is compatible with ZeoVit as both will “damage” important “ingredients” of the products as long as they are in the water column.

Anyways you can UV temporary if you switch it off while dosing for 3 hours.

Wish you luck that you will get it under control soon.

Make sure to soak the fish food with vitamins and / or amino acids which are made for fish food, like Amino Acid Fish from korallenzucht.

Ok I decided to go with the uv I am getting it installed on Tuesday and I will fallow the advice as far as turning it off for 3 while dosing but I have a question does that goes on when dosing start and bak or any type of dosing?
and also my levels have been super low no3 in the 5 to 6 range and my Po4 is 0.00 to 0.03 but most of the time it’s at 0.00 what’s the next step all my LPS are open and happy color is a little pale some of the acro is super happy with polyp extensions however some of them are really light in color and some are brownish.
when should I start dosing food and would you guys recommend

                Ok,

Turn uv off, dose start and bak, wait 3 hours and turn uv back on.

Your No3 are fine, and wont be cause lps colour,

If you replace your bulbs to the suggestions on here, it might be the coral adjusting,
and adjusting to the increase par
                Also.....recheck ur par !!
                LSP par 0-150

As for ur comment on the MQ-510 Apogee meter " MQ-510 Underwater Quantum Meters already apply the immersion effect correction factor to the meter readings through the meter firmware" I would recheck with them regarding your email to them.....it could just be too much par.

Z-food, I would not dose this yet.

Maybe target feed LSP every 2 to 3 day,

                  Personally,
if i was in ur shoes,

I would move the fish to a Quarantine tank and treat, observe them,

Tank, i would leave dormant, allow the tanks grow, establish its self (bacteria, coralline algae etc ) while using the basics,
Just ghost feel the tank and corals, untill time come to return ur fish.

I know its not what you want to here,
I don't see the point in using UV, or spending money on one, sorry

Quarantine fish, is more stressful to us, than the fish

If corals do show good growth just getting lighter I would not see a problem as long as the water parameters are fine. If you do not have issues with algae, cyanos one additional product like Xtra Standard might be helpful to improve coloration at this stage. As the system is still young I would not dose it to high, 0.5 ml / 100 liters (25 US gallons) 2 x weekly is I would start with. If corals respond positive you can increase the dosage.

I would catch the fish if I can but I couldn’t I already have a qt set up for every fish before it goes in the display I just don’t know what was going on with the pair of clowns that I put in there and it wiped out like 5 fish.
the only thing I am worried about is my Po4 is at 0.00 and I don’t want cyano to break out in the tank

If you want to catch fish, 2 hours after the lights go off is usually a good time.

                          Don't stress out about cyano,
                          It just looks ugly.

We know how to get rid of it (chemically (if we have too))

But even to this day we don't know WHY or HOW we get it....

( group on R2R tested number of parameters, hi and low p04, n03, feeding, all sorts with no out come)
Some people have got rid of it by dosing nitrates .... and some haven't.
A LFS told be "Its in the water" .... but we use Rodi !!

Myself.....I suspect it could be in out salt
