    Potassium

The optimum value is between 380 and 420 mg/l
. Potassium is a nutrient and part of the supply process for corals and biofilms. Problems: Too low or too high potassium values disturb the nutrient turnover in the aquarium and have basically damaging influence on the coral growth as well as the colour formation.

What is your level and it should be 20 less then calcium. At this point your water is the problem. I would change as much as you can with a good salt mix

Hello Dariusz and welcome back !

Nutrients are minimal elevated but this is not the reason for the issues especially with the LPS corals.

You have told that you have increased nutrients within a short period of time, can you tell us when you have done it ?

I agree with Bugger, the K+ level also the Ca level is to high and should be brought back to normal. Which kind of instrument do you use to check salinity ? Have you already cross checked the result with a different, accurate alternative instrument ?

Is there any special reason why you dose a elevated quantity of ZeoStart ?

Please also share a picture of your sump and tell us how many fish you have in the system and what their sizes are.

I would also be interesting to know which kind of dry rock you have used and if you had those issues with the corals since the beginning or if this has started later.

First, have you cross checked the RO/Di water with a different instrument, the tds should be 0.

I would advise you to temporarily stop food7 due to algae nourishment, corals lose tissue - A-balance and B-balance are also things I will temporarily stop adding.

Whether activated carbon is used, what brand is it, and how it is used

Thank you for such a quick reply

          Fact
As for potassium, I approach cautiously because I have a little old test and treats this result as approximate, I have to buy a new one

          G.Aleksander
I did it about a year ago, I picked up Colombo preparations
On the way I neglected the sand, my snails fell, but I have already completed the cast and it seems to me that 20 snails are starting to do the job
          Nassarius 10pcs
Pusiostoma mendicaria Engina mendicaria 8pcs Strombus luhuanus 2pcs

The level of ca also I have an old test frankly admit that I do not check this parameter since I have a calcium reactor

Zeostar3 I have diluted 1:19 I know that it gives it a little too much but trying to go down from po4 no3

He feeds it twice a day to the zeo filter

          Rock https://coralhouse.pl/skala/34073-su...kg-marco-rocks

          Jacky

Filter rodi I have 2 months tds is also new

He now plans to walk away from everything and leave

          Zeobak

          Sponge power

          Zostar3

Coal I have from the fauna marinas gives it 150ml replacement every 30dni

A day before putting it in an aquarium, rinse it in a warm rodi

Please also make sure the salinity is correct, cross test with different instruments, also the basic water parameters are recommended to do the same (get new test packs) Potassium also let us actually confirm the values (please also post the actual results, salinity, Kh , Ca, mg, K+).

RO/DI unit sounds good, if you can, use resin material as filter last Channel, that's better. I have no experience with the brand of activated carbon you describe, some carbons are not good quality, it affects the health of the coral tissue, some carbons also seem to potentially leach additional nutrients. I would advise you to change the carbon brand, I use Zeo Aktivkohle and it works great, after changing the carbon brand, let's do 3 times in the next 10 days with new water, 15% each time. Simultaneously with the water change, vacuum the sand with a siphon to remove more sediment.

In the main display system, what kind of living rocks were those at the beginning, what are their materials, whether they have been added in the near future, and what materials are there in the sump?

If you can, also check the magnet brush on the glass, if it looks normal

I just recalibrated the probe and it actually showed 34.7PSU wrong
Tomorrow I will try to send water for the ICP test

Well, like this coal is the best on our market, at least so they say on the brstv channel has the least po4, etc.
But the next time I buy the one with kz tell me if I should keep a dose of 150ml

Tell me if the substitutions will not grow stronger cyano?
That's why now I stopped changing water because of this problem

                I used such https://coralhouse.pl/skala/34073-su. ..kg-marco-rocks15kg
and I didn't add any rock from the beginning

In SAMP I have only skimmer Zeoreactor heater pump and rollermat all 100% safe for reef

                rotors also checked all oki

Tell me if the worms of Catalaphyllia will work KZ Flatworms stop Click image for larger version

Do your corals have flatworms? A custom lid and wrasse that eats flatworms is the way to go. Flatwormstop will strengthen corals to ward off flatworm attacks but it will not rid a tank of flatworms

I had hexa and chrysus were not interested. I used the blue life flatworm rx but it is a bit risky because the worms fall at one time and it is known that they are toxic and does not want to expose the reef

Thank you for the sump pictures, there is a green basket in your sump, I can not really see what it exactly is but do you know more about the material it is made of ? It looks like some kind of soft plastic to much which might leach softeners to the water ?

I am still unsure about the rocks you have used, I never hear about them so if they cause any problem I would expect that you would see those problems since the beginning. Where the system running fine in the beginning ?

You have also written that you have dosed 144 ml Brine Shrimp which might be a wrong translation, is it something like plankton ? If yes which one exactly, zooplankton or phytoplankton ?

Because of the ZeoStart dosage I would recommend you to adjust it to the recommended quantity from now on.

I agree too, with G., you have a green basket in your sink and I suggest you remove it.

I'm sorry but I use a translator so it may be poor with the translation

The basket is PETG 3d printing reef-safe

Natural rock but dead only dry popular in pl

144ml rodi + salt water supplement after GHL tests and skimmer what will give

                              Zeostar3 6ml 1:19 (0.3ml)

Go back to water changes??? I'm afraid that cyano will hit hard during substitutions

For worms I wanted to buy Halichoeres hortulanus , but I have some snails and do not want to lose them

I will also now make an order che buy
Kz iron (poor color montipora green)
                              Zeozym strengthen biology
                              new test kh ca mg
What else can I buy just in case???
