Shipping in the winter

Does anybody know if bak cyano clean or biomate can freeze during shipping?

Should I have it sent via overnight with heat packs or can it just be shipped in the cold?

Basically, the product should not be frozen during transportation, and should be transported in a natural way, rather than fresh-keeping transportation like a freezer. If it is caused by the cold environment in some areas, it can be stored in the refrigerator after picking up the goods. It is not recommended to heat the product in any way. Store cyano clean in a dark place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended for Zeo bac and BioMate.

The most save way would be a transport without freezing however I have talked to Thomas and he told me they never had issues with it even if the products where frozen while shipping.

Ok thank you. I held off on purchasing bacteria for now and just ordered other zeovit products.
