  • Running a bio-reactor ?

Should I be running a bio media reactor? Or is that just making all of the good biologics from the zeobac disappear?

I have no experience using this. Basically, this is not necessary. I don't understand its function. If it is a "carbon source" to reduce nutrition, it is incompatible with the Zeo system.

I do see it like Jacky, would recommend you to decide which kind of “method” you like to use as from my experience mixing the different methods does not work well and makes it difficult to support in the case of problems.

Tried it. I caused so much cloudiness in the tank I had to run a uv sterilizer to clear things up. After I discontinued use of it. If you do use it don't add any start 3 to the tank. And if you use all in one phosphate reducing pellets change them at least every month or so. Keep checking phosphate for elevating levels.
