Dry rock leeching phosphates

I purchased a dry pedestal rock from brs and placed it in my tank 6 months ago and its still leeching phosphates.. I have green hair algae on that rock alone.. How do I combat this? Do I raise flow through my zevit reactor, do I increase zeobac, or do I put more zeolite stones in the reactor..Thanks for your help

Can you please tell us the actual PO4 level in your system and if you keep corals in it already ?
