Having been up to Exotic Aquatics this past weekend and seeing in person for the first time, several Acanthastreas, both Dana and I fell in love with all the beautiful, different color combinations. Before now, I never really paid much attention to these corals, but I have spent the weekend searching for information - without coming up with much on care/requirements.
I know Chris(mane3215) has a bunch. Who else here has some?
What sort of lighting and flow is required to sucessfully keep these guys? I know since they are LPS, calcium/alk/mag levels are important. What else? Also, is this a type of coral that Dana can keep in her seahorse tank? Or will her ponies be at risk when they hitch to them?
