      It's 6' front, 8' sides and 32" in height, 3 sides walk-around starphire glass. Here's a photo of it under-setup:

Ok copied and pasted from "AgedSalt" aka Bob.. I hate typing and I like the format he uses heheh.. I will just adjust the dosages for a HUGE system ...

Edited as Bob has given you his dosing schedule.

Plz. ask questions as you go along, Jeff

Also if you are starting this tank with corals we might want to start a little slower and let the corals have time to adapt to the changed without consequences. I pm'd Bob also and asked him to come in and post also...

Hi Chad, as we talked before, you'll absolutely love the ZEOvit method, as it's easy to utilize while rendering superb results I'll direct you to read the ZEOvit guide & the other stickies at the top of this forum, if you have not already done so. Of course, during the beginning with ZEOvit, plz. ask questions here or PM. With the ZEOvit method the parameters are kept rigidly in ranges similar to NSW's, ie. Ca>400<450/Mg>1200<1400/KH 6-8 & stable/salinity 1.023-26. They all can vary somewhat but IME, the KH stability is ultmost important. Shoot for ~7.5. At first, we'll confine ourselves to the basic components, aminoacids[AAHC] & Coral-Vitalizer[C-V]. The coloring supplements will be added as you go deeper into the lower-nutrient phases of ZEOvit. For your system, as it's new, we'll dose somewhat slower than a reeftank that already established & cycled.

1)place 2 1/2 ltrs of carbon in filter socks, passively, in a lower flow area of your system. Knead these carbon bags daily to keep the carbon surfaces open, & exchange the carbon monthly.
2)place 10 ltrs. zeolites into zeo-reactors with the flow rate of each reactor being based on the quantity of zeolites used. The flow rate is 100gph/zeolite ltr. used, eg. if you use 5 ltrs in one reactor the flow rate should be 450-500gph, or if you use 3 reactor, two of which hold 4ltrs, then these two would have a flow rate of 400gph, while the 3rd reactor holding 2 ltrs would be 200gph. A little less is fine but be careful not to exceed the 100gph/ltr zeolite ratio. As this is a new set-up, you will not need to cycle the reactor but can run them continuously. Handle pump the stones once a day about 10 reps. for each reactor. This can be done at different times, one reactor in the AM, another at noon & a third in the evening. Exchange these stones after 4wks on the first go-around, then the interval becomes every 6wks. Seed the new zeolites with about 5% old at the first exchange in 4wks.
3)dose 35 drops Bak & Food7 every other day for the 1st two wks, then dose 30 drops each 2x's/wk. Dose these near the reactors' pumps & turn off your skimmer[s] for 60min after dosing these. ZeoBak is refrigerated with a shelf-life of 6mos.[same for C-V which is also refrigerated]
4)dose 3ml Start2 2x's/day in front of the zeo-reactors. It is not necessary to turn off your skimmer when just dosing Start2
5)dose 25-30 drops AAHC & 50 drops C-V daily. With these as the other zeo-supplements, it is not necessary to turn off our skimmers after dosing.
6)If you're using any other salt except Seachem's, I recommend using K-Balance as other brands are below NSW in K+. I have found 1ml/100-200g net/day to prevent "washing-out" of the SPS coloration.

Chad, the differences in dosages from the ZEOvit guidelines & mine have to do with just beginning a little slower & allowing your livestock more adaptive time to "settle-in". After the first exchange the zeo-dosages & zeolites quantities will be adjusted Bob
