  • Strontium and Magnesium komplex concentration

    Hello!

Could someone tell what are the Sr++ and Mg++ concentrations in Strontium and Magnesium Komplex products?

    Thank you in advance!

    Welcome to ZeoVit.com

Those are classical supplements to increase the Sr & Mg concentration. Strontium Complex contains barium beside some further Elements.

Personally I do not have any experience with both products. I have never dosed Strontium and to stabilize or increase the Mg concentration I use a Mg granulate like Korallenzucht or Grotech.

      G.Alexander,

      Thank you for your reply!

I got a bottle of each from a friend who is selling his tank and I will be using the Mg supplement as a one-time adjustment (if ever needed, my Mg++ levels have always been excellent without any supplementation).

For the Sr++, I generally like to calculate the addition of Strontium as a function of calcification (as it is concentrated in skeletons) but in practice I haven't supplemented Strontium for at least two years

Mg concentrate will work fine to once stabilize the Mg concentration if there is a deficit in the system. Generally I am not a friend of continuously using such products to keep the Mg concentration in the optimal range. The Mg granulate is a easy alternative which will not change the concentrations to quick, having the possibility to keep the concentration stabile over a long time.
