i finaly opened mine today,i just wanna say its nothing short of amazing,i also wanted to thanx jake for the helpful read on mesophotography,nice trick you had there for watching realy close stuff,definately a must read with whoever buys one. will be posting some pics soon

So does this work on any camera? I have a canon 20D SLR. Or does it actually take the pictures? I did go to the website but was still unclear.

right now the unit is intended as a stand alone eye piece. A tele/microscope into your tank. The adapter for the mesoscope is still under development. SOme of us have succeeded in taking pictures nevertheless by carefully aligning our point and shoot cameras.

I love my mesoscope, I have yet to get a decent picture with my digital...I am close though. I am slowly getting the nack for it. It is definately a fun little toy...pricey but well worth it if you obssessed with every detail of your tank.

does any one know if there is gonna be new lenses out with more magnifications, any time soon?

I'm not sure about upgrades to the lenses but there is an Ogles forum over at RC in the vendor section. You could post the question to Barry directly over there.
