low ph

My tank runs at very low ph (7.7-8.0). This is due to CO2 build up in the basement where the tank is. When the weather is nice and I open windows the ph is 8.0 to 8.2. I used to use KW to keep my ph up in winter. I could use washing soda but then my alk climbs over 8.0dkh. I would like to add a calcium reactor but this is not possible until I can get the ph more stable in the 8.0-8.3 range. Any suggestions? Thanks.
