Salifert Flatworm Exit will not kill these.
If you can remove effected coral, put in different container with water from the tank, and then blast them off with a turkey baster, or something similar. Then check for eggs and scrape them off with knife.
You will have to do this several times because probably won't get them all the first time.

I don't know why. You can try but I don't think it will work.
A turkey baster is like a giant size eye dropper. People use it when cooking in an oven, they suck the melted fat in the pan with it, and squirt it over the meat to keep it moist. But it is also a good tool to use in our aquarium.
It looks like a glass or plastic tube maybe 12 inches long, with a round rubber bubble looking bit at one end. You squeeze the rubber bit, dip the other end into water, then let the rubber bit open and it sucks the water up the tube. Can use it in an aquarium to squirt dirt etc off things.
