Sorry to tell you this but its advisable not to use kalk with zeovit. Would a CR be an option?

yeah, its best if u can maintain NSW levels with a properly tuned CR. Got the test results for your water yet?

Hi Nani, & welcome to ZEOvit.com. As Farish mentioned, the parameters should be as those of NSW, generally Ca>400/Mg>1250/KH-6-8/salinity 1.023-25. Also I would not use any further KW drips--maintain Ca, Mg, KH with 2-part solutions until your CR is online. Plz. be familar with the ZEOvit guide contained in a sticky toward the top of this forum. For your system, I'd recommend the following:

1)dose 1 1/4 CUP carbon, passively in a filter sock in your sump, kneaded 3x's/wk & exchanged monthly.
2)dose 1 ltr. zeolite in a filter with the flow rate of 400 l/h. Be sure this flow rate is as close as possible. Cycle the stones on & off at 3hrs intervals, being sure the stones remained submerged when the filter is off. Pump clean the zeolites 1-2 x's/day with 5-10 repetitions each time. Exchange these stones every 6wks. After the next zeolite exchange the zeolite quantity can be increased to 1 1/3 ltrs at the same flow rate.
3)dose 4 drops Bak/Food7 daily for the 1st 2wks. then 4 drops each 2x's/wk. Dose these in front of the filter pump when "on". Turn off the skimmer for 60min after dosing these. Bak needs to be refrigerated.
4)dose .2ml Start2 2x's/day near the filter pump. It is not necessary to turn off the skimmer when just dosing Start2. Ask any questions along the way, as we have many experienced reefers here & Brendan[Kiwireefer] is very knowledgeable with ZEOvit. Bob
