I currently have about a cup of Phosban in mine and is working fine. From what I read, the preffered media is the BioPhos3 sold by KZ. I got mine from Madison. Next change out, I will go to the BioPhos. HTH

Pure ghetto, plastic shaker cup from wally world. Cut the bottom 1/3 off the handle, hook it over the edge of the sump, put P04 remover in filter bag and run the effluent hose to the bottom so all effluent runs up through the media.265 gallon SPS tank.
