I got my Grotech Reactor and the Basic 4 in the mail today. I wasn't aware how small the Zeobak bottle was....is this going to last me two days or what? Now here come my final questions. Do I need to refrigerate the Zeofood 7 or just the Zeobak?
How should I cut back the flow of my pump to 75GPH? Ballvalve on the intake or return line? Where should I add my basic 3 to the sump or tank? When I "pump" the reactor twice a day do I just push it up and down once or do I really shake it around? Thanks I'm going to try and get it PVC'ed tomarrow to start Phase1 on Sunday. :yesway:

Bac is added "by-the-drop" so it goes a long way.
Refrigerate Bak only.
To cut back flow I added an elbow and a barbed fitting and was able to direct it's output at the skimmer input.
I just pump the reactor 1/2 dozen times or so and park it part way up and not bottomed out.
Dose the basics close to the input of the ZEO reactor and shut down the skimmer for one hour if possible.

What the volume in your system? In mine about 50g my bak bottle is about half full and have been using it since last Nov. Just keep it refrigerated and it will not go bad for a long time.

Good luck----Dont be suprised Mon. morning when you wake up and see how clear you're water is. You would swear you could drink it
