Hi Zeddy, if your tank is nutrient-poor[undetectable N03's/P04's, or low Hanna,<.03] then for your system you can decrease Bak/Food to 1 drop 2-3x's/wk. The brown biofilm also may be an indication of AAHC excess if you're using this. If your nutrients are detectable, then add Start2 to your dosing schedule. Bob

4 drops are too many 2 times the week? Dosage other elements zeostart2 03ml two times to the day, zeofood zeobak like phase B.
              Vasca 400 liters phosphates 0,04 nitrates 1
              Thanks

Zeddy, yes, reduce the quantity of Bak/Food 50%

Dodarocs, yes, I would reduce AAHC to 2 drops 2x's/wk. until the N's/P's test negative, then increase AAHC again. BTW, what are your doses of Bak/Food? Thnx. Bob

Bob,the doses of bak and food are 4 drops a day and a day not, for 12 days to the change zeolite, then 2 times to week. Abbreviations (AAHC BTW.......) where I find them otherwise I do not succeed to understand.
                  Thanks kindest

Dodarocs, You may continue Bak/Food at the present dosage since you are reducing AAHC. After a wk. if you're still developing a thick brown biofilm on your tank panes, then I'd recommend reducing Bak/Food to 2 drops each in your schedule & adding ZeoStart2 at .1ml 2x's/day daily. This will allow you to further reduce nutrients while at the same time use reduced doses of Bak & Food which will not give the brownish biofilm Bob

Bob, I have diminished de doses of AAHC BAK/FOOD 2 drops 2 times the week, the patina brown is nearly passing. I have increased to Zeostart2 0,7ml 3 times to the day, the phosphates are still to 0,04 must continue with these doses or must diminish? Thanks

Hi Dodarocs, you can reduce Start2 dosing frequency to 2x's/day. If P04's continue to decrease, then reduce the Start2 quantity by 50%, Bob

Hi Bob, I have a high number of fish, puo' to be the reason that the phosphates do not come down inferior to 0,04?
Continuous what me councils with zeostart2, with the time will come down and must remove some fish?

Dodarocs, I understand--you're fine with English I agree with your present dosage. In time after a few more zeolite exchanges, your nutrients will continue to come down. Yes, you can speed the process up by removing some of fish in your tank, but this is not a must. Of course, try to keep the fish-feedings to a minimum. Bob

If with the time the phosphates will come down same the fish leave them gladly, the fish I appreciate them like corals.
                              Thanks for the aid
