IM getting ready to put my Zeovit reactor in my sump. But i need to adjust the quite one 1200 pump to 200 gph anyine know what notch that is ????

Alot depends on how it is plumbed (but you knew that). I will run down and see where mine is set, as I flow 200 gph as well.
OK, plumbed with one 1/2" elbow, mine is set at three from the highest. If you go all the way to high, click it back twice.

I checked my zeovit reactor this past week to see if I was in the proper range (~200gph) only to find out I've had to high a flow for months.So I tested my pump by hooking up some spare tubing I had on the discharge of the pump and pumping it into a 5 gal bucket while I timed the fill rate. By adjusting the "influent flow control device" on the pump I am now in the proper for range. Interestingly I had to turn the pump flow to its minimum to achieve the desired result.
