Dosage update

Hi there i'm about to change my zeolite rocks on 08/08/05 and i wanted to know how continue with the dosage of the zeo/bak/food/start2 currently im dosing 2xs per week bak/food 1 drop of each and every day the start2 3 drops of it 1 time per day,so far everything is doing great nutrient depletion is going steady now the skimmer is hard working 24/7 no algae visible only the on the glass but i clean the glass every 9 days but very little algae is visible the colors on the corals are visibly changing now some of my corals have changed in this month from dark brown to light blue amazing my digicam is out of service for now but as soon as i fix it ill post pictures not a single lost of my corals sps,lps or softies everything in my tank is doing excelent so far.

Sorry i forgot to mention that im using 1/3 cup of carbon and 1/3 liter of zeolites net volume of water is 32 gallon.

Nestor, thanx. for the info, for this cycle-period:
1)dose the same quantities of carbon & zeolites. The zeolite exchange will from now on be 6wks.
2)dose Bak/Food 1 drop each every other day for 1 wk[3 x's] then 1 drop each 2x's/wk.
3)dose Start2 2 drops daily. Any questions thus far? Thnx, Bob

Yes how long does the cycling period lasts? And how do i know which phase am i 1,2 or 3?

Hi Nestor, one can cycle the zeo-filter until late Phase II or in Phase III. Nestor, by definition, after the 1st zeolite exchange, one enters Phase II. The Phases in ZEOvit are described & posted in the sticky at the top of this forum Bob

Ok i changed the zeolite rocks today 08/08/05 do i have to turn the pump on and off in 3 hour cylces again or should i leave the pump running continiously.

Nestor, either way is OK, but the more effective manner in which to lower the nutrients evenly & more quickly, is with cycling the zeo-filter on & off for several months yet. Bob
