overdosing start2

hi all,

how do you know if you overdose start2? i accidently put in ten times the amount that was needed. (good thing i dont have any corals yet!)

continued overdosing of start2 will darken corals. You won't see any affects from this except maybe a decrease in nutrients.

Hi Tim, as Madison mentioned, darkening of our corals will be one of your visual cues. Another is "neon"-green filamentous algae on your LR or LS, therefore, hold Start2 for 2 days before reuse. Bob

yea, its funny cause i didnt see any noticeable effect. just the water was a lot clearer.
