can you please help me work out how much i should be doseing
1. Gross water volume of your complete system (incl. sump etc.)475litres

I do not know how long you have been using ZEOvit, but please, please follow the ZEOvit guide, expertly written by Alexander ****. In that text, the KH should be in the range 6.5-8 & stable. Your other parameters are fine. For your system which is still high in nutrients, I recommend the following:
