I'd bring alk down to 7 or 8 and Ca down to 420. Bob AKA Aged "Dosing Guru" Salt will probably chime in soon with a customized dosing regimen

Hi Nero, the first off, welcome to ZEOvit.com. Be sure to read the ZEOvit guide several x's & thoroughly understand it. For your system, I recommend the following:
1) dose 3/4 Cup carbon in a mesh-bag, passively in your sump, kneaded every other day & exchanged monthly.
2) dose 3/4ltr. zeolites in a zeo-filter with a flow rate of 75gph. A little more or less is fine. "Pump-clean" the stones 2x's/day. Exchange these after 4wks. on the first cycle period. Thereafter, the interval of stone exchange is 6wks.
3) dose Zeobak/ZeoFood7 3 drops daily x 2wks, then 3 drops ea. 2x's/wk until the next zeolite exchange. Turn off your skimmer for 60 min. after dosing these. Dose these near the zeo-filter intake pump.
4) dose ZeoStart .5ml 2x's/day. It is not necessary to turn off your skimmer when just dosing Start. If you are going to use Start2, plz. let me know as the other zeo-dosages will need modification. Do not use any other zeo-supplements at the beginning phases of the ZEOvit method

It's time for my change out. I'm not sure what kind of dosing schedule I should go on afterwards. Also, I have brn/grn algae growing on the glass like a weed. But my corals are growing faster than ever before. So I guess there's a trade off (clean more but better growth). Do I need to leave some of the old rocks in there? I have read a few threads that said it needs to be seeded. BTW, none of my perameters have changed. I'm still at under 1 part per mill on nitrate. It's seems to not be going away. Any help? Thanks.

Hi Nero, thnx. for the update, & be patient, as you will rid the algae, all in good time. Are you dosing AAHC or anything else with the others? For the first zeolite exchange, I recommend the following:
1)3/4 Cup carbon
2)3/4ltr. zeolite + 10-15 "old" stones. The change-out extends to 6wks. now.
3)dose bak/food 2 drops each every other day for 2 wks., then, 2 drops each 2x's/wk.
4)dose .25ml Start 2x's/day daily. Bob

I am using AAHC- once a week at 4drops. But, other than that I've been following the schedule above.
