Hi Ben, they are a good angel for one's reef, although a little shy at first, hanging towards the back of your reef. Now find it's mateBob

actually bob she took over the tank right away.. my female watanabie is still a lil shy, i got her the day after the bellus,,, as for the male bellus yea i know the battle ahead is long but the guy who got me the female says he can get a male no prob... plus he has me a male watanabie on a plane right now it will be here monday

Ben, be sure to pix-up the pair when you can. My guess it will be awhile before the female accepts a non-paired male bellus--if there's much antagonism between the two at first, just rearrange the reefscape slightly to shift the territorial provinces. Bob

I am selling off my female bellus angel this week to a local reefer , she has a taste for clam mantles...if you can believe that. What a shock to me, she has been such an awesome fish in my reef for almost a year and a half, though I never had clams during that time.
