I have been using Red Sea salt. Anyone had luck with it??

Red Sea is somewhat known for being inconsistant b/c well, it's not a "formula" salt. It's made from the desalination plant off the Red Sea, as a by product. B/c of that it runs sort of inconsistent.

The old standbys that you know what you will get:
    I.O. and Reefcrystals
    Tropic Marin

New salt that I've been trying with pretty good results (from of all people viaaqua) Oceanpure.
    10x3x2 FOWLR (for now)
    BK400ext
RD12 return, 2 RD12 closed loop, wavebox with extension
    MRC kalkmixer
    IKS

JMille, can you elaborate about your reef problems? Of course, our salt with our choice of Ca/Mg/KH supplementation must be stable & inline with the ZEOvit guidelines. Bob
