so I kept my Zeobak in room temp after a week. And yes, it was opened a week ago. Does that mean I've just been dosing dead waste in the tank? Gees....Time to go order some more I guess.

Hi, if your bak is odorless to smell, it is fine. Just refridgerate from now on to extend it's usable life. I used my first bottle until it was exhausted at the 6mo. period. The odor is one of "rotten eggs"--can't miss it Bob
