What exactly does it do and whats the dosage for it and when do you know you can start to use it ???

Hi Nick, Spur-ME like most of the other Zeo supplements is more effective when nutrient-pools have been depleted[~ >4mos with ZEOvit] & best in phase 3. First read about ME in the ZEOvit guide, written by Alexander, whose experience with ZEOvit products is unparalleled. Many elements contained in ME are not in our salts, but exist in seawater. It has recently been upgraded with the addition of a new element that intensifies pinks & purples & yellows. It is not essential but does "fine-tune" coral colors. I noticed some change in coral-tip colors w/o darkening after about 3 dosings. After dosing ME, the color enhancements last about 4-5 days. It is dosed once/wk/ ZEOvit guidelines. Nick, it is expensive [these elements are costly to add] to dose at the recommended doses, therefore, I would recommend waiting a couple of months when your system is in phase 3, after using Spur2, PIF, & Fe for a time.
