Hi Tommy, well the basic idea is coming together, let's rearrange some things Plz. print out the ZEOvit guide & read this several x's. For your sytem I estimate your net vol is 200g. 1) dose 1 1/2ltrs zeolites at a flow rate of 150gph. Pump the stones 2x's/day. Try to cycle the zeolites/zeo-filter 3hr."on" & 3hrs. "off" intervals with a timer. The 1st cycle with ZEOvit, exchange the stones after 4wks, thereafter, the interval increases to 6wks & the zeolite quantity to 2ltrs. 2) dose 2 Cups of carbon, passively in your sump, kneaded every other day. Change these out every 4wks. 3) Dose bak/food 6drops ea. once a day for the 1st 2wks, then, 6 drops 2x's/wk. Turn off your skimmer for 60min after dosing these, in front of your zeo-filter intake pump. 4) dose Start1 .5ml 3x's/day daily throughout the next 4wks. It is not necessary to turn off your skimmer when just dosing Start. Ask any questions as they appear. Bob

I forgot to turn off the skimmer when I dosed. The flow is from a maxijet400 directly plumbed to the bottom of the reactor in the sump. That's about right, right? The rest of the changes, I will make immediatley. Thanks!!

Whats the maxi rated at? You do NOT want to run more then 100 gph per 1 liter.

Yea you will be ok, I would get a pump that is rated closer to 150 gph to maximize the nutrient reduction ability of the stones..... weclome to the zeo family...
