When talking about mulm coming from the zeo reactor it is a mixture of caught particles coming from the water column, decomposition products and bacteria which are rubbed off the biofilm, covers the zeolite.

When I shake zeovit media with rod, it makes many milky-white things.
Is it mulm? and if it releases to my tank, my tank is hazy with it....
you say it is no harm...right?

Hi Vince, when pumping the zeo-filter to release "duff" one does notice some cloudiness, which is natural, & provides food for our corals. It is a good thing, as one wishes to keep the zeolites sieve's surface free of debris so the specialized bacteria can occupy those areas for nutrient reduction Bob
