Mine get the mulm from my stones when I shake them and also bac and food... Nothing else is ever added to the tank... -

I add oyster eggs also to the above. The corals have responded by increasing their polyp extension and growth.

I just use zeo bac, food, amino's and the mulm from the stones. No extra nutrients are being added to my tank by forms of other foods. I also of course dose start but this really isn't so much a food.You're Norma Desmond you used to be big.

Zeo is a food supplement from what i understand so there is no need to feed else wise for them before zeo i used cyclope ezze

If you feed anything,feed live rotifers.What dosen't get eaten will probably stay alive in your tank.I haven't feed anything but Zeo since i started zeoComment
