Dosificacion difinitiva?

Pues me gustaria saber si a estas alturas y despues de mas de 6 meses de utilizar el ZEOvit y segun creo, exportados todos los exesos de nutrientes, debo realizar algun cambio significativo en la dosificacion del sistema ZEO.

En este momento estamos en la siguiente situacion:

ZEOvit : 2500 ml. cambiados cada 6 semanas
ZEOcarbon : 1000 ml. cambiado cada 4 semanas
ZEObac : 4 gotas, 3 veces por semana
ZEOfood : 2 gotas, 3 veces por semana
ZEOstart : 1,5+1,5 ml. cada dia
PCV : 10 gotas al dia
AAHC : 3 gotas al dia
PIF : 8 gotas, 2 veces por semana
AALPS : 3 ml. 1 vez por semana
ZEOspur ME : 25 ml. 1 vez poor semana
ZEOeisen : 2 gotas, 2 vecesa por semana
K-balance : 5 ml. 2 veces por semana

La situacion es la siguiente, noto perdida de "consistencia" en los corales, parece como si crecieran "raquiticos" faltos de algun elemento, el grueso de los brazos, es menor que los brazos originales y mas debiles, se quiebran coin mas facilidad. La coloracion es clara, quizas demasiado.

Todo ello me lleva a pensar que quizas no estoy "alimentando" correctamente el acuario, ya que la fase de exportacion de nutrientes, creo que ya ha finalizado.

Los parametros son correctos, incluso el KH (mi eterna batalla) se ha regularizado despues de cambiar el reactor y aumentar el sustrato a disolver, en estos momentos los parametros son:

Kh : 8
Ca : 400
Mg : 1400
PO4 : 0,00
Sio2 : 0,07
No3 : 8 mg/l

¿Como lo veis?

Thnx. Ramon for the good explanation of your situation. Can you post a picture of these corals? What saltmix are you using? Do these corals appear "dry"? Do they extend polyps? After you answer the above, I'll be able to make some suggestions, Bob

Bueno, pues yo uso la sal de Oceanics Natural Sea Salt Mix

Sobre los corales, pues si extienden los polipos, en las fotos los puedes ver, pero, como ya he comentado, veo un crecimiento "raquitico" en ellos.

Thnx. Ramon on your followup pictures. With tissue thinning of our corals, the foremost problem usually is a significant change in the water parameters. Have you recently experienced any abrupt changes in water temperature, decreased Ca, or KH changes, or salinity? Have you recently changed your bulbs?[lighting] or changed the time of the photoperiod?. Have you recently began using the carbon in a flow canister? Can you check some of your affected corals for parasites, especially at the bases of these corals? Can you recheck your zeo-reactor flow rate to be sure it not too much? It should be ~1000 l/h or a little less. Any of the above can cause these problems in your corals. This is definitely not from excess dosing of the basic four, but let's increase the dosage of Food7 to 4 drops two times per week. ZeoFood also contains vitamins & aminoacids separate from AAHC which helps coral health & vitality, while providing a nutrient source for the special bacteria. Change your Start2 to 1ml 3 times per day, while increasing the zeolite cleanings to 3-4 times per day. Do this about 5 repetitions each time, as this will release more "mulm" which helps feed the corals & at the same time allows better nutrient skimmer export. You might decrease K-Balance to 3ml two times per wk[total of 6 ml per week] & increase AAHC to 8 drops per day & Coral-Vitalizer to 20 drops per day for improved coral health & energy, providing them with more energy sources in a lowering nutrient environment. No he tenido ningun cambio sustancial en mis parametros ni he cambiado mis lamparas.

Tomo nota del cambio de dosificaciones y las pondre en marcha la proxima semana, ya te contare
