Empiezo o no con este sistema????????

Saludos desde Tenerife,este es mi primer POST aca, provengo de TODO MARINO y estoy ya comenzando mi nuevo proyecto que sera de 400 litros. La dua que tengo es si montar ZEOVIT o no. Veo que hay que estar pendiente de el continuamnete y el tema de las vacaciones me preocupa. Se puede añadir los productos con peristalticas? imagino que no por la cantidad pero yo lo pregunto por si acaso.

En principio el acuario sera un poco de ctoso SPS, LPS y blandos. la luz correre a cargo de 450 watios haqi y el skimmado de un turboflotor 1000 multi.
El tanque es de 330 brutos mas 100 de sump.
Ahora he de ir a trabajar asi que esta tarde rellenare el cuestionario y a ver con vuestra opinion si me decido a monatrlo.

Hi jhul & welcome to ZEOvit.com. I think I understand most of your post so I'll answer some of your post. ZEOvit method can be dosed less rigidly, than proposed in the guide with good success. One can go 1-2 wks. at a time w/o dosing anything. One can dose each week's quantities all at once, once a week, or a modification of this extreme.. If you're requesting dosing advice for your system, please answer the sticky near the top of the Espanol forum "tell us about your tank". Please others let me know if I did not answer all jhul's questions, thnx. Bob

Hola Jhul y bienvenido a zeovit.com bueno si llenas el cuestionario asi podremos saber como ayudarte mejor y decirte las dosis necesarias para tu acuario y el sistema es facil y uno puede estar hasta mas de 15 dias sin dosificar nada sin problema alguno.

Thnx. again, Nestor, but I'm confused as to why, Jhul would need 7 dosing meters? Does he understand how to maintain the necessary basic parameters in order to maintain SPS? Reef Crystals may or may not be enough to maintain Ca/Mg/KH in balance & stable for such delicate corals. If he does not test for these parameters & understand their importance yet, then SPS-keeping will not be a pleasant experience. Plz. ask him these basic questions before we go forward any further, thnx. Bob

Para que necesitas tantas bombas peristalticas? si con un reactor de calcio puedes mantener los parametros adecuados para sps y o puedes usar aditivos en dos partes ya que son muy buenos,tambien que pruebas utilizaras para medir los parametros basicos del agua como alkalinidad,calcio,fosfato,nitrato,magnesio etc,acuerdate que los sps requieren una calidad de agua muy buena y estable y la sal de reef crystals solamente no es suficiente para mantener un acuario estable como para tener sps bueno si necesitas mas informacion ya sabes puedes preguntar.

Bob, basically Jhul doesn´t know if to use zeovit method due to his worry about absence on vacations and the need to dose so often, so he is ask if its posible to use dosing pumps for all the products .


Which are your recomendations for dosing ZEOvit method ?

Thnx. Brian & Nestor. Before I can exact his zeo-dosages I need a few answers: what are his nutrient levels[N03's/P04's]? What are his levels of Ca/ Mg/KH? Does he intend to use a Ca Rx to maintain his parameters? I hope he understands that unless he can answer these with proper levels, keeping SPS will not be possible, Bob

Jhul, tienes intencion de adquirir un reactor de calcio (carbonatos) o utilizar otro metodo para mantener niveles ???

Sabras que para mantener SPS es fundamental mantener en todo momento los niveles de kh, ca y mg siempre estables !!! Ademas si no me equivoco el utilizar el ZEOvit, es un requisito indespensable mantener estos niveles !!!
