I have a doubt on the polyps of some of my acroporas.

When I buy a piece and introduce them in the aquarium to a few hours already they have all the polyps out.

I leave them at the back of the aquarium for one week and they are still equal with the polyps out. One week later I put them in their corresponding place, and from this moment the polyps hides little by little

By the night they shown very big. This happens whit all new pieces.

Their colour and growth are normal.

What happens. I only have two clowns and a Zebrazoma Flavences.

All the parameters are right, except the salinity, since I have two meters one of box and other one of needle and none marks equally.
    thanks

Thnx. JCarlos for the translation. It is natural for corals to extend their polyps greater at night. It also takes a time before our corals adapt to our aquarium's flow & light, etc. They especially need some time to adapt to AAHC & C-V, but these two zeo-supplements really enhance polyp-extension in our corals, besides helping with color & growth. Be sure to use these two products. If your corals were not extending their polyps at night, then I'd be concerned, therefore, your situation is normal. Remember also, some corals just do not extend polyps as much as others. Be sure your fish are not nipping at the corals, although I've never had a problem with the above fish in this regard. Bob

Bob
