IMO, from what I heard about these skimmers, there great mainly because of the quality and craftsmanship. If Klaus were to make the skimmers fast, those skimmers wouldn't be as great as when he took the nessessary time to make a great skimmer.Comment

Reef, I have one and it really is a great skimmer, but when you order and pay for an expensive piece of equipment it is nice to be given an accurate date of delivery, even if it is months away. Especially if the setup of your system depends on it.
BTW Klaus dont forget what you promised me400 gallon reef, Bubble King 300, I~Spin, 2 x 10,000K BLV 400W, 2 x 20,000K Radium 400W, 2 x 6,400K Osram 400W, Schuran Jetstream 1, AquaController ProComment

Where are our Orders?
Dear Klaus.
We have been waiting for our pumps since Nov '04 and it has been 5 months!!
We last conversed on 20 April when you assured me that the tracking # will be given but till today I have yet to receive any email and your phone has been put on VOICE MAIL since 21 April.
Kindly advise me what is the status now as the patience of our customers and myself are running real THIN now.
Please advise us by reply via PM ASAP. Thank you.
Edmund

Nice hearing that and it must have been a great relief and excitement when you finally lay your hands on the skimmer
But it is really an agony and testing of our patience to get empty promises week after week that our orders are complete and ready to be shipped. The question is, which "week" is the real week? The wait seems indefinite for order of just a few red dragon pumps! One should honour his promises once made.Comment
