That looks as though it has media in the tower that would disperse the CO2 into the water prior to it entering the media chamber. That would slow the flow and maybe insure that you had complete saturation of CO2. Maybe that happens anyway since I know these reactions are instant anyway?

Just thought i should update this thread...
In an email from the company:
About the smaller chambers, 1st chamber is to fasten to disolve CO2, 2nd chamber is calcium carbonate to disolve again, 3rd is for PO4 remover, and the 4th one is to increase pH value.
Im very close to buying this beast....
